MDL® Comprehensive Medicinal Chemistry | Printer Friendly
Derived from the Drug Compendium in Pergamon’s Comprehensive Medicinal Chemistry (CMC), the MDL Comprehensive Medicinal Chemistry database provides 3D models and important biochemical properties including drug class, logP, and pKa values for over 8,400 pharmaceutical compounds (1900-present). MDL updates CMC annually with compounds identified for the first time in the United States Approved Names (USAN) list.
