This course is designed for the software administrator who needs to install and configure MDL® Plate Manager.

• Understand how MDL Plate Manager is used with respect to the overall Isentris architecture
• Understand how to perform System Administration tasks including Group and User Management, License Management, the Plate Manager.xml file, and how to distribute Plate Manager client files
• Use the Plate Manager Administrative Tools, including the Dictionary and Property Manager, configure Cassettes, and manage sample expiration rules
• Understand how Plate Manager can be integrated with RCG databases and MDL Assay Explorer
• Learn how to troubleshoot common Plate Manager issues and learn some basic ISIS/Host and ISIS/Direct administration tasks (this does not replace training on these topics)
