What is RSS?

RSS is Really Simple Syndication, or sometimes Rich Site Summary, an XML file format used for Web syndication that allows you to stay up-to-date with Websites that change their content regularly. An RSS reader, also known as an RSS aggregator, collects all the information from the RSS feeds that you subscribe to, allowing you to browse all of this content without having to visit each Website.

Where can I get an RSS reader?

There are many RSS readers available on Web for download. Many of them can be downloaded for free. To find them, do a search on the web for "RSS Readers".

So how do I subscribe to an RSS feed?

The selected RSS feed page contains the XML of the feed. You simply cut and paste the page URL from your browser window and manually paste it into your feed reader subscription box. You can now read the feed and you will be notified when this page is updated.
