Using HEPA air filters can also help your avoid this kind of allergy.

Another common type of allergy is mold allergy. Mold is a type of fungus present in different outdoor and indoor places. It is particularly found in darker areas such as basements, garbage cans etc. Certain foods may also have mold. When you inhale mold spores present in food or air you may have an allergic reaction. Some of the symptoms of this type of allergy include rash, itchy eyes, wheezing and runny nose.
