As a member of the UK office, you will work to provide general administrative, secretarial, office facilities management and front office services within the Camberley Office and to customers and visitors to the Norwich House office. This position is based in Norwich House, Camberley, reporting to the Administrative Supervisor.


  • Provide all general office supplies provision and sourcing, ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times and liaise with departments for special needs

  • Run all front office services, switchboard, visitor passes, goods receiving and mail services, etc. to a high standard

  • Provide secretarial and general assistance to TSC and Development groups

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in office administration

  • Team player capable of working with multiple departments and understanding and assigning priorities

  • Good computer literacy with MS Office products

Desired Requirements:

  • Good communication skills

  • Web site building skills
