Description:
This position reports to the Human Resources Director, Europe and is based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
Support the HR Director in HR Management of:
- Employee administration
- Recruitment support and administration
- Compensation and Benefits administration
- Training administration
- HR Projects participation
- Travel organization and facilities management
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in Human Resources administration in an International environment
- Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, databases
- Accurate and familiar with figures
- Familiar with liasing with payroll department
- Fluent in English and German
- Discrete, team worker, liable, service-minded, and sense of humor
Desired Requirements:
- Fluent in French
- Proficient in employee administration
- Flexible
