Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Key Account strategy for "top 10" customers in Europe

  • Coordinate responses to "Requests for Proposals" from European customers

  • Maintain a knowledge base of "RFP" responses and track success of these responses

  • Work with the rest of the European sales organization to establish an ongoing strategy, and assist in efforts that support that strategy

  • Act as liaison with Marketing

  • Help gather input from the field

  • Collect and report on information gathered from the field on competitive situations and customer needs

  • Assist in selecting appropriate customers for participation in beta tests and other activities aimed to gather customer feedback of new or enhanced products

Minimum Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of MDL products and market

  • Extensive understanding of customers' workflows and needs

  • Ability to rapidly absorb information about new product and to synthesize how these products can be used to address customer needs

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Flexible and self-motivated

  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines and goals with minimum supervision

Desired Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and German and/or French
