This position reports to the Human Resources Director, Europe and is based in Lausanne, Switzerland.


    Support the HR Director in HR Management of:

  • Employee administration

  • Recruitment support and administration

  • Compensation and Benefits administration

  • Training administration

  • HR Projects participation

  • Travel organization and facilities management

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in Human Resources administration in an International environment

  • Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, databases

  • Accurate and familiar with figures

  • Familiar with liasing with payroll department

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Discrete, team worker, liable, service-minded, and sense of humor

Desired Requirements:

  • Fluent in French

  • Proficient in employee administration

  • Flexible
