  • Accurate, timely, billing of all GmbH commercial business

  • Processing of shipping orders/creation of delivery notes and appropriate customs paperwork

  • Updating and monitoring of the Beilstein Updates databases in Exact

  • General maintenance of other relevant data in Exact system i.e., debtors, recurring invoices, item code management

  • Liaison with GmbH accounting staff with regard to customer payment issues

  • Answering customer inquiries and solving any shipping/billing problems

  • General administration i.e. maintenance of customer files

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Good command of the German language (spoken and written)

  • Good all-around knowledge of sales administration theory and practice

  • Fluency in MS Office

  • Experienced in the use of Financial Accounting and Administration Systems

  • Accurate and meticulous

Desired Requirements:

  • Communicative and well able to deal with people/problems often under strict time constraints

  • Knowledge of revenue recognition policies and commissions administration

  • Team oriented/"hands-on" approach
