Description:
Responsibilities:
- Accurate, timely, billing of all GmbH commercial business
- Processing of shipping orders/creation of delivery notes and appropriate customs paperwork
- Updating and monitoring of the Beilstein Updates databases in Exact
- General maintenance of other relevant data in Exact system i.e., debtors, recurring invoices, item code management
- Liaison with GmbH accounting staff with regard to customer payment issues
- Answering customer inquiries and solving any shipping/billing problems
- General administration i.e. maintenance of customer files
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good command of the German language (spoken and written)
- Good all-around knowledge of sales administration theory and practice
- Fluency in MS Office
- Experienced in the use of Financial Accounting and Administration Systems
- Accurate and meticulous
Desired Requirements:
- Communicative and well able to deal with people/problems often under strict time constraints
- Knowledge of revenue recognition policies and commissions administration
- Team oriented/"hands-on" approach
