As a member of the UK office, you will work to provide general administrative, secretarial, office facilities management and front office services to the staff within the Camberley Office and to customers and visitors to the Norwich House office. This position is based in Norwich House, Camberley, reporting to Head of the Office.


  • Manage all general office supplies provision and sourcing, ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times and liaise with departments for special needs

  • Run all front office services, switchboard, visitor passes, goods receiving and mail services, etc. to a high standard

  • Work with appointed professionals and agencies to provide statutory H&S; services

  • Work with Landlord, his agents and other contracted professionals to maintain the facilities and access at Norwich House

  • Manage the small company car fleet through the appointed fleet management company

  • Manage and provide secretarial and general assistance to TSC, Sales and Development groups

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in office administration

  • H&S; management experience

  • Facilities management experience

  • Team player capable of working with multiple departments and understanding and assigning priorities

  • Good computer literacy with MS Office products

Desired Requirements:

  • Good communication skills

  • Web site building skills
