The main screen of the Genomic Editor, the BioMerge user interface, displays sequences and annotations as colored-coded bars. The top section shows the wide view; the bottom section shows a close-up view of the range enclosed in the yellow box in the top section. Clicking on a bar shows more detail. Other screens can be used to edit, browse, add, and query data, including physical map data and variety of sequence and annotation information from the chromosome level to the single base-pair.
